Volunteer
One of the ways Sheriff Dustin can use your help is by volunteering with the campaign. WE HAVE FUN!
PETITION SIGNING

In Fall of 2025, Sheriff Dustin will need to get signatures on his petitions so he can be on the ballot. This is vital to the campaign and a way to share the great things Sheriff Dustin is doing and why you support him. Basically, you will ask registered voters in Champaign County to sign the petition. Don't worry, we can provide you a list of addresses if you need one!

PARADE WALKING
​
Sheriff Dustin loves walking in parades and he wants you to join him! Show your support for Sheriff Dustin while also getting those steps in! Sheriff Dustin participates in a variety of parades throughout the year and we're sure at least one will work with your schedule.

CANVASSING
​
A major part of any campaign is showing the community why the candidate is the right choice. Sheriff Dustin spends a lot of time going door to door sharing information about him and his campaign. Love talking to people? You can join him in doing this in your neighborhood, too!
Hosting a Fundraiser
Love planning parties and entertaining? Supporters of Sheriff Dustin hold fundraisers for him to help support the campaign.

For a typical fundraiser, the host(s) will:

Host at their house or other venue;

Ask invitees to contribute a certain amount of money to the campaign for attending;

Provide some type of food for invitees;

Provide drinks for invitees (usually alcoholic and non-alcoholic);

Invite their friends to learn about Sheriff Dustin (don't worry, Dustin will come share this himself!).

This is a great opportunity to bring people together in an informal setting to learn more about Sheriff Dustin and just have FUN!

Show Your Support
One of the simplest ways to show your support for Sheriff Dustin is with a yard sign. We are always looking for new places to put yard signs showing support for Sheriff Dustin.

Large yard signs are perfect for businesses and more rural areas, including property and farms.
